MEET OUR PASTOR 

Pastor Watson has been a Minister in the Houston area for over 20 years and 13 years as a United Methodist Minister. His ministry began as a preacher for Harold C. Johnson Chapel Recovery Ministries where he served as minister to persons who were recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. His service to Men and Boys was developed at Brentwood Baptist Church where he co-founded the Boys Rites of Passage program and Lead the Men’s Fellowship Ministry. Those early years were the training ground in which Rev. Watson learned the importance of offering the power of Christ as the change agent to make significant transformations in the lives of people and communities. Rev. Watson has met the challenge of offering life changing ministry in rural communities, suburbs, and now a major urban area. 

The Norris Chapel motto is "Where Christ Changes Lives”. Dr. Watson leads the Norris Chapel family in offering life changing ministry for individuals, families, and the community.
